These Terms and Conditions govern your use of researchh2o.com and any purchase you make through it. ResearchH2O shares information about laboratory operations, quality initiatives and scientific standards, and it is also where you can order LAB1 Research H₂O directly. researchh2o.com is run by Dragon Labs LLC ("ResearchH2O", "we", "us"), the company that also runs lab1x.com and owns the LAB1® registered trademark.
By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
Dragon Labs LLC, 205 N Royal St, DeRidder, LA 70634, USA. Phone: 833-233-5221. Email: info@lab1x.com. Dragon Labs LLC is the exclusive authorized distributor of LAB1 products and manages their sales, distribution and customer service. Orders are prepared and shipped from our facility in Louisiana.
2. Research use only
Every product sold on researchh2o.com, including LAB1 Research H₂O, is intended strictly for research, laboratory and analytical purposes.
By purchasing from researchh2o.com, you confirm that:
the products are for research and laboratory use only;
the products are not for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or veterinary use, or for human or animal consumption;
you have a professional understanding of laboratory products and how they are used;
you are responsible for making sure your use of any product complies with all local, state and federal laws and regulations that apply to you;
you are at least 21 years old.
Each order asks you to confirm research use. Each account records that its owner accepted our research-use terms and which version they accepted.

3. Accounts and guest checkout
You can check out as a guest or with an account. A guest receives an email with a private link to the order. Anyone who has that link can open the order page, so please keep it private. You can open an account afterwards.
An account on researchh2o.com is separate from any account on lab1x.com. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
4. Orders and payment
Orders can be placed at any time. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Checkout shows the ways to pay that are available for your order:
Pay online: by card or digital wallet, on our payment processor's secure checkout page.
Cash App or Zelle: place your order first, then send the order total from your app to the account shown at checkout and on your order page, with your order number in the note or memo. For Cash App, your order page has a payment link and a QR code.
Cash App and Zelle payments are received by Stat Lab LLC, the account holder named at checkout. Only send payment to the accounts shown at checkout and on your order page.
Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been received in full. If an order is unpaid, we email reminders about 12, 24 and 36 hours after it was placed. If payment has not arrived 48 hours after the order was placed, the order is cancelled automatically.
Coupon codes can be entered at checkout. Each code is subject to the conditions given with it.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Shipping
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and others) or to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Every order needs a valid U.S. street address.
Orders ship by UPS or USPS. Checkout offers Priority Shipping (3–5 business days) for $11.99 and Express Shipping (1–2 business days) for $36.99.
Orders whose payment is confirmed before 1:00 PM CT on a business day ship the same day. Orders confirmed later, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. Our Shipping and Returns Policy has the details.
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. Once a shipment has left our facility, the delivery address cannot be changed.
6. All sales are final, with one exception
Because of the nature of our products, and to protect product integrity and safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds once an order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
The exception is an order that arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items. Report it within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the package and products: email info@lab1x.com, call 833-233-5221, or, with an account, use the return request form on the order's page in My account. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. We review every report, and where the damage or mistake is ours, we replace the items, refund them or give store credit.
Approved refunds go back the way you paid. A Cash App or Zelle payment is refunded through the same app within 5 business days of approval. A card or digital wallet payment is refunded through our payment processor; your bank or card issuer decides when the refund appears on your statement.
Please review product specifications, quantities and your shipping address carefully before ordering, and contact us with any question beforehand.
7. Changes and cancellations
The window to change or cancel an order after placing it is very short. Call us at 833-233-5221 as soon as possible. Phone is faster than email for this. Once the shipping label is printed, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. A shipped order cannot be returned, changed or refunded, except as described in section 6.
8. Product information and certificates
We aim for product descriptions, specifications and prices on researchh2o.com to be accurate. However, we do not warrant that they, or other content on this website, are error-free, complete or current. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued with every new production batch. Each COA remains valid for its batch until that batch reaches its expiration date. Certificates are published on our Certificate of Analysis (COAs) page.
9. Authorized sellers
LAB1® products are available exclusively through researchh2o.com, lab1x.com and the official LAB1® storefront on Amazon. Only Dragon Labs LLC is authorized to sell LAB1® products, and all LAB1 products should trace back to Dragon Labs LLC as the source. We are not responsible for products bought from unauthorized sellers.
10. Intellectual property
LAB1® is a registered trademark of Dragon Labs LLC. The content of this website, including its text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, is the property of Dragon Labs LLC, is protected by intellectual property laws, and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Labs LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or of any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Products are provided "as is" for their intended research and laboratory purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the suitability of any product for a specific application beyond what the product specifications and the Certificate of Analysis describe.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website, your purchase or use of any product, or your breach of these terms.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. It forms part of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and continuing to use the website after that means you accept them. Please check this page from time to time.
