Where we ship
We ship within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., to a valid U.S. street address. We do not ship to:
countries outside the United States;
U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and others);
military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Checkout does not accept an address in a U.S. territory.
Carriers, methods and rates
Orders ship by UPS or USPS. Choose Priority Shipping (3–5 business days) or Express Shipping (1–2 business days) at checkout. The price is the carrier's live rate for your address and the items in your cart, shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Delivery times are the carrier's estimates in business days, counted from the day your order ships.
Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped Monday to Friday, except holidays, from our facility in Louisiana, once payment has been confirmed.
Orders with payment confirmed before 1:00 PM CT on a business day ship the same day.
Orders with payment confirmed after 1:00 PM CT ship the next business day.
Orders with payment confirmed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
Within 24 hours of shipping, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and an order summary. You can also look up an order at any time on our Order Tracking page, using your order number and email address.
If the confirmation has not arrived, please check your spam or junk folder, or call us at 833-233-5221 with your order number.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. Once a shipment has left our facility, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Changes and cancellations
The window to change or cancel an order after placing it is very short. Call us as soon as possible at 833-233-5221, with your order number ready. Phone reaches us faster than email while an order is being processed.
Once the shipping label is printed, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
A shipped order cannot be returned, changed or refunded, except as described under "Damaged, incorrect or missing items" below.
Unpaid orders. If we have not received payment for an order, we email reminders about 12, 24 and 36 hours after it was placed. If payment still has not arrived 48 hours after the order was placed, the order is cancelled automatically.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, and to protect product integrity and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds once an order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. The one exception is described under "Damaged, incorrect or missing items" below.
Before ordering, we suggest that you:
review the product specifications and descriptions;
check the quantities and formats in your cart;
confirm your shipping address;
call 833-233-5221 with any question.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items, report it within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and products, and:

with an account, use the return request form on the order's page in My account.
Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. We review every report. Where the damage or mistake is ours, we replace the items, refund them or give store credit.
How refunds are paid
Cash App and Zelle: the refund is sent back through the same app within 5 business days of approval.
Card or digital wallet: the refund goes back to the card or wallet through our payment processor. Your bank or card issuer decides when it appears on your statement.
